On Wednesday, 7/26/2023, at approximately 9:25 AM, Licensing Program Analyst Jyoti Saini conducted an unannounced collateral visit and met with the person in charge Amy Bolender of EDCC Dublin Elementary (#13412413) and the Director, Rosamaria Ochoa of EDCC- Fredrickson (#10214801). The purpose of the visit is to meet Dublin's Elementary facility, which is currently operating a summer program, at the Fredrickson MPR room prior to notifying the community care licensing division (CCLD). Since the facility failed to inform the community care licensing division (CCLD), See the EDCC Dublin (#13412413) report for a citation.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Rosamaria Ochoa.
