The sign in/out sheets were reviewed and are accurate. Classrooms have trash cans with tight fitting cover for the disposal of solid waste. There is one child that requires incidental medication (EpiPen’s), medications were not expired, and signed parent authorization form was in the file.
Children's records were reviewed: LPA requested and reviewed facility roster. All files selected were complete and up to date.
Staff files were reviewed. Opening and closing staff have current CPR and first aid training. All staff subjected to criminal review have been cleared and associated to the facility. One staff (teacher’s aide) file reviewed did not have the Health History report showing TB immunization (staff just had the Covid vaccination and must wait to take the TB test).
