On July 22, 2021 at approximately 12:40pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Russ Haderer arrived to conduct an unannounced random annual site inspection for this school age facility. LPA met with facility director, Ruby Masih and toured all areas licensed for use by children in care for a health and safety inspection. There were no (school-age) children in care today, the school is temporarily not operating due to covid concerns of parents. Adults present are background cleared and associated to this facility.

The facility is a single story building with a patio area and a large playground in the back. There are two sister schools operating at this location, the other facility (013413922) is a three room facility for preschool children and currently operating at a smaller capacity.

The facility (013413923) consists of a single classroom known as the “Stars” room. It has a separate girls and boys bathrooms, both functioning properly. There are sufficient amount of towels, soap and diaper supplies. All toilets, hand washing and cleaning areas are in safe and sanitary operating condition.

There is a shared outside playground area for use by both licenses at different times.

There is a 2A10BC fire extinguisher fully charged and last serviced on Feb 2021. The room has a working smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector (tested and working). Heating and ventilation is acceptable.

The school does not currently provide any lunch or snacks.
