The home was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. The licensee operates the facility Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 6:00pm.

The home is single story. The home appears to be neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. There are no wall heaters or fireplaces. Per licensee, there are no firearms in the home. The last fire and disaster drill documented was 7/12/21.
