On October 19th, 2022 @ 12:35pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright arrived for an unannounced Required-1 Year inspection, and met with on site director Ghazala Anwar. Director/Administrator Farida Mujeeb arrived shortly after LPA arrived at facility. Present today were 7 children (2 preschool and 5 TK/Kindergarten) and 3 fingerprint cleared staff members present during the inspection. The facility is in ratio today. The facility was toured for a health and safety inspection. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

CLASSROOM: Program is for Preschool and TK/Kindergarten children. The classroom is divided into 2 sections - One for Preschool and the second section for TK/Kindergarten children. The floors, furniture, and equipment are age appropriate and in good repair. There is adequate heating/air conditioning, ventilation and lighting for safety and comfort. Drinking water is available inside and outside of the center. There is proper individual storage space for each child. The isolation area for sick children is Director's office which is away from other children in care. The center has smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, working telephone, and two (2) fully charged 3A40BC / 2A10BC fire extinguishers in the classroom.

BATHROOMS: The staff's bathroom is separate from the children's bathrooms. All sinks and faucets are in safe and sanitary operating condition.

OUTDOOR PLAY AREAS: Center has it's own yard and is not shared with Brier/Glankler school. There's a play structure with 2 slides that has wood chips for cushioning to absorb falls and that is anchored for stability. There is also a sandbox area that has a cover and canopy that provides shade to children while at play. Play yard also has garden and 3 sheds that have locks and is inaccessible to children in care. Center also has building over hang to provide shade while children are at play. There are no pools, hot tubs or other accessible bodies of water. See LIC809-C for continuance
