Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Julia Placencia and Junell Chen arrived unannounced to conduct a POC inspection, and met with director Yvonne Ma. Present were 70 preschoolers, and 6 teachers.

Section 101239(e)(4) was cited on 11/22/19 for the children's bathrooms being dirty, which includes the toilets, sinks and floors, and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Director was also advised to clean all drinking fountains. During today's inspection, LPAs observed all these areas have been cleaned. Director has also submitted a plan of how they will ensure all bathrooms and drinking fountains will be maintained. Deficiency is cleared today. Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared provided.

Exit interview conducted with Yvonne Ma and copy of report provide. Notice of Site visit provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
