On 5/26/23 at 8:02am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Plumboy met with licensees Sofia and Sohni Masood for the purpose of an unannounced complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. Present during the inspection was 7 children in care as well as licensees school age child (2 infants, 4 preschool age children, and 1 school age child), as well as licensees fingerprint clear and associated Sharma Kadri and Monowara Begum.
Through interviews, and observations LPA found licensee does not allow parents and/or authorized representatives into the facility after the COVID-19 Pandemic. LPA Plumboy observed drop off time for children at the facility and 2 children get picked up. Based on LPA's observations and interviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1is being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were given and discussed.
