On December 1, 2021 at 1:24PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Catherine Fernandes met with Director Christina Enerio and Owner Tae Ha for a complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. Present during the visit were 57 preschoolers and 9 other staff members. LPA reviewed center files and conducted interviews. Based on the center's file review there was an incident that occurred back in April 2021, where two children left the center unsupervised for about 20 seconds. Previous Director at the center failed to report the incident to Community Care Licensing, therefore the above allegations are SUBSTANTIATED, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met. Title 22, is being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D.

LIC9224 was provided to the Director. The Director shall post and/or provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care and to parents/guardians newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months.
