On November 30th, 2023 approximately 9:40pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright conducted an unannounced complaint site inspection and met with Center Director July Grace Galaraga. The purpose of the inspection is to deliver the complaint investigation findings. LPA took a tour of the facility for a health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection was 35 preschool and 8 staff personnel.

During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed center staff, a random sample of parents and reviewed all documentation received.

Based on LPAs observations, record review and interviews which were conducted, this agency has investigated the complaint. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted with center director July Grace Galaraga.

On November 30th, 2023 approximately 9:40pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright conducted an unannounced complaint site inspection and met with Center Director July Grace Galaraga. LPA informed Director of three (3) allegations against the preschool license. Allegations being Personal Rights. LPA took a tour of the facility for a health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection was 35 preschool and 8 staff personnel.
