Licensing Program Analyst Caroline Colson met with Lisa Luoh, director, for an unannounced plan of correction inspection at 12:36 PM. There are 49 school age children with 5 qualified teachers, 3 volunteers and center director. Records were reviewed. Licensee has 49 school age children which is within the amount of children allowed. This deficiency has been corrected.

An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed. This report must be available for public review for 3 years.
