On November 3, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux and Brittany Crass arrived at the facility for an unannounced CASE MANAGEMENT visit for the purpose of clearing a Plan of Correction (POC). LPAs met with director, Suzanne Locklear and owner Amandeep Kang. Present during todays visit eleven (11) preschool age children and two (2 ) teachers, the facility was toured for health and safety. The purpose of the visit was a case management to clear the POC dated 08/25/2023. LPAs cleared the POC and provided the facility representative a copy of the letter.

No deficiency noted during today's visit. Appeal Rights provided. An exit interview was conducted with Owner Amandeep Kang A notice of site visit given and must be posted for 30 day.
