Licensing Program Analyst Caroline Colson met Xin Dong, Center Director, for an unannounced plan of correction inspection at 9:35 AM. There are 6 toddlers and 18 preschool children with five staff members including the director. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure all deficiencies that were due by February 24, 2020 from the random annual inspection have been completed.

A site notice was posted. An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and given. This report must remain available for public review for 3 years.

There were no deficiencies cited during this inspection.
