Personal Rights - Day care children are left outside to cry excessively while in care.

On Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 1:50 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Hanping Fu, Licensee, her husband, Lifu Lu and her adult son, (Zhijun) Brendon Li for an unannounced complaint investigation. Brendon was the Mandarin Interpreter. There are four (4) preschool children and one (1) infant present. Interviews were conducted. Interviews revealed that there is one child who cries because the child is new to the facility. Based on the investigative findings, there is not enough evidence to prove that a child was left outside to cry excessively in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.

On Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 1:50 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Hanping Fu, Licensee, her husband, Lifu Lu and her adult son, (Zhijun) Brendon Li for an unannounced complaint investigation. Brendon was the Mandarin Interpreter. There are four (4) preschool children and one (1) infant present. Interviews were conducted. Interviews revealed the licensee and staff are normally outside with the children. Licensee stated that there is always a staff member who is outside with the children. During extremely hot and rainy days, Licensee explained that the children would come inside. Based on the investigative findings, there is not enough evidence to prove that children weren't adequately supervised. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
