last earthquake drill was conducted on 10/04/19, and the last fire drill was conducted on 07/23/19. The center is equipped with a fully stocked first aid Kit, working telephone, (2) carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, pull down fire alarm and fire extinguishers. LPA Plumboy obtained a copy of the roster. Center Director provided LPA Plumboy with a copy of Lic.500 which is the facility (Personnel Report). A review of 3 staff files was completed. The Director is aware at all times when children are in care a staff must be present who is CPR/First Aid certified.

Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. The following information regarding ADA was provided: US Department of Justice (USDOJ) toll-free ADA Information Line at (800) 514-0301 (voice)/ (800) 514-0383 (TTY) and link to publication: Commonly Asked Questions about Child Care Centers and the ADA, available at: http://www.ada.gov/childqanda.htm
Per Director at this time, there are no children in care whom require IMS

California Law requires Child Care Centers to report unusual incidents or injuries to children in care to child's parents and to the Department of Social Services using the Unusual Incident/Injury form (LIC 624). Incidents must be reported within 24 hours by phone, fax, or electronic mail. Roster of the children must be properly maintained and fire/disaster drill every six months must be documented.

Director was encouraged to frequently visit our website at www.ccld.ca.gov for licensing regulations and updates.

Licensee is reminded that ALL Staff must be fingerprint cleared prior to being in the presence of children in care, or an immediate civil penalty will be assessed from $100 to $3000 per person, per incident. There are no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. This report shall remain on file for 3 years. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
