13 | On 12/22/22 at 11:00AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux conducted a follow-up Unannounced Complaint Investigation to present the findings to licensee, Linda Jung at Family Childcare home. LPA met with licensee. The LPA inspected the facility, reviewed records, and conducted interviews.
Complaint allegation is that "cannabis products are accessible to day care children". Based on LPA observations, interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, there was not enough evidence to confirm that the allegation "cannabis products are accessible to day care children". LPA did not observe any type of "cannabis products" accessible to the day care children on any visit.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No Deficiencies have been cited for the allegation.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Linda Jung.
