25 | March 19, 2021, at 08:35 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Dacanay Breaux and LPA R. Haderer met with Licensee Lindsey Dale for the purpose of an Announced Relocation Pre licensing Inspection for Health and Safety Compliance. Present for the inspection was fingerprint cleared husband Sean Widger. Licensee states hours of operation will be Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 6:00 PM.
This residence is a 3 bedroom and 2 baths single story home rented by the Licensee. Home consist of living room, dining room, kitchen, back and side yards and attached two car garage. The home is neat and clean with heat and ventilation for safety and comfort. Per the licensee, the ISOLATION AREA will be in the living room away from children in care.
These areas are designated as follows:
Areas off-limits: Kitchen, All three bedrooms, Laundry Room and Garage. Small (gated) side yard on the right/north side of house, rear sloped grassy/landscaped section near the back of property line fence in back yard, and gazebo (gated and not accessible to children in care). Shed near the gravel area which is locked and secured. The off-limit areas will be inaccessible by a barrier gate, closed and/or locked doors.
Areas on-limits: Living room, Dining room, main house bathroom (available for children use) and back yard that consists of main area on the west and south side of the home.
