25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kirk Marks conducted a case management inspection on 6/30/2022 at 10:15am to the facility for an increase of capacity. The Department received an application for a capacity increase on 5/16/2022 and an updated application on 6/30/2022 to increase the capacity from 17 children to 30, which would be a total of 15 infants with 15 toddlers. The facility added a classroom to the license which was previously used for the school age children which was closed in March 2022. LPA conducted an inspection of the facility inside and out and measured area of new room to be added to the license. LPA determined that the facility can add up to 15 more children from the room that was added. This room will only be used for toddlers. The room that was added has one toilet and one sink. which will accommodate the requested increase in capacity. Fire inspection was conducted on 6/15/2022 and clearance was granted to the facility for a total capacity of 30 children.
LPA determined the facility has sufficient room and amenities to accommodate the increase in capacity from 17 children to 30 and approves the increase. |
