LPA conducted interviews with 7 adults, staff, children and parents on 3/10/20, 2/23/21 and 2/24/21 regarding the complaint allegation. During the investigation, it was corroborated that on the specific date in question of 3/4/20 there were 20 children being supervised by 3 staff members (S1-S3) and all but one of the interviews verified that staff are always visually supervising children in which S1 is out on the grass near the Monkey Bars and playing football or soccer with the children; S2 and S3 are on the blacktop near the tables supervising the remainder of the children while still visually able to see all the children. During the Reporting Party's interview, it was admitted that there was an individual (S1) who was out with the children and was playing football, but was not aware the individual was background cleared. During today's tele-inspection of the facility, LPA Husband observed the school age room and there were no children present because school was still in session. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, based on the interviews conducted there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occurred, therefore the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were provided.
