25 | On 2/23/24 at 12:35pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), E. Laird and S. Sims. Operating hours are 6:30am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 12:45pm inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified.
Two staff were supervising 6 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with wood chips and free of hazards.
5 children's records were reviewed at 2:50pm. 2 staff records were reviewed at 3:03pm.
The following deficiencies were cited: At 2:50pm during file reviews, LPA's observed one child (C3) did not have a signed Consent for Emergency Treatment form. (see LIC 809D):

Facility director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
