25 | On 8/15/2023 at 9:55 AM, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), J. Helton. Operating hours are 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 10:38 AM, inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified.
The Director and 4 teachers were supervising 25 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements.The pool is fully fenced with Title 22 approved iron fencing. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with bark and free of hazards. 8 children's records were reviewed at 9:57 AM. 3 staff records were reviewed at 10:15 AM.

Director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
