that meet requirements. Bedding is laundered daily on site. All food/snacks/bottles are brought from home and are not provided by the facility, therefore no menus are necessary. The playground was free of hazards. The playground equipment and surface areas appeared in safe condition. There is foam cushioning underneath climbing structures and/or play equipment sufficient to absorb falls. There were no bodies of water observed. The Director stated no weapons are stored on site and none were observed. During today's inspection, infant staffing ratios were being met. LPA observed 3 infants being supervised during awake activities by 2 teachers/aides in room 1211 (under one year of age); Nine infants were being supervised during awake time by 3 teachers/aides in room 1212 (Infants over the age of 1). The facility was operating within the licensed capacity. At least one staff member (S1) present possessed current CPR and First Aid certifications and expires on 9/12/20. There is a working carbon monoxide detector and charged fire extinguisher and an emergency drill was conducted within the past 6 months on 11/20/19. Full signatures were observed on sign/in, sign-out sheets. At 4:20 PM, 6 children’s records were reviewed and contained identification forms with authorized representative information, and infants requiring feeding plans contained Infant Needs and Services Plans in the files. At 4:40 PM, 6 staff records were reviewed and contained documentation of education and training. This facility is not providing Incidental Medical Services (IMS). LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
