A case management inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kirk Marks and Sandy Husband for the purpose of remeasuring the facility and verifying the facility is in compliance by adhering to the plan of corrections (POC's) submitted on 8/8/19. The POC's were submitted in order to correct two separate Type A citations issued on 8/7/19. During today's inspection, LPAs observed at 4:05 PM 9 infants being supervised by 3 teachers/aides during feeding and indoor activities and 3 napping infants were supervised by 1 teacher/aide. The facility was in compliance during today's inspection.

There were no Title 22 citations issued during today's inspection.

Notice of site visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.
