teachers during nap time. The facility was operating within the licensed capacity. The emergency disaster drill was conducted within the past six months on 11/18/19. At least one staff member (S1) present during the inspection possessed current CPR and First Aid certifications which expires 6/20/21. Eleven children’s records were reviewed at approximately 2:25 PM; Five children were without medical assessments (C2, C4, C5, C10, and C11) and one child (C10) was missing the personal rights form. Three staff records were reviewed at 3:30 PM and contained health screening forms, immunizations, Employee Rights, Mandated Reporter Training, and Education Units. The sign in/out procedure was reviewed and in compliance. This facility is not providing Incidental Medical Services (IMS) to children. The Department’s IMS policy was discussed with the Director.
