director stated no weapons are stored on site and none were observed. During today's inspection, infant/toddler staffing ratios were being met and 24 children were being directly supervised by 9 teachers/aides at 1:30 PM during nap time. At least one staff member present possessed current CPR and First Aid certifications which expire on 1/11/22. Full signatures were observed on sign/in, sign-out sheets and there is an electronic waiver in place. 11 children’s records were reviewed at 12:45 PM and contained identification forms with authorized representative information, medical assessments, and infant feeding plans. Eight staff records were reviewed at 1:15 PM and contained documentation of education and training and health screenings as required. This facility is not providing Incidental Medical Services – IMS. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
