A Plan of Correction visit was made on 5/26/22, by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Wisehart who met with the Director, Tiffani Yeager. The LPA toured the facility both inside and outside at 11:45 am The LPA observed that the staff had the required Personal Rights Training completed and the facility submitted the staff schedule including breaks.

Therefore, citation Personal Rights 102423(a)(3) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the right to be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse or other actions of a punitive nature has been cleared during today’s visit.

No citations were cited during today's Plan of Corrections visit. A notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
