25 | The facility case management inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Wisehart who met with Director Tiffani Yeager and License Ronda Gambone. The licensee has applied for a capacity change to 8 infants. The facility was toured inside and outside. The center will operate from 7 am- 5:30 pm, M-F. The fire clearance was approved 7/19/22 for 48 including 8 infants and 40 preschool/toddlers (separate license). The indoor/outdoor space measured to meet the needs of 8 children, therefore, the 8 requested capacity is approved. Required postings are posted on parent board in lobby near door. The licensee was advised that all staff are required to have a criminal background clearance on file with Community Care Licensing. The applicant is aware of the immediate $100 per day civil penalty for anyone providing care or supervision without a criminal record clearance.
