On Friday, October 29, 2021 at 09:25 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvira Sierra conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with the Licensee, Deborah Arledge. Present in the facility were 6 daycare children. Licensee's husband was also present during the visit.

The Licensee notified the Department by phone on October 28, 2021 that she now has weapons in her home. LPA reminded the Licensee that ammunition shall be stored and locked separately from firearms. During the inspection, LPA verified that the ammunition was in a separate locked container and the firearms were locked and secured in a gun safe.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
