25 | On 4/26/2023 at 12:30pm, a Required 1-Year inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez. This program is operated by a public agency and a Title 5 funded program. Classroom A operates 8:00am-11:30am, Monday-Friday, Classroom B operates 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 12:40pm inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. One teacher and two associate teachers were supervising 14 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with rubber cushioning material and free of hazards.
Five (5) children's records were reviewed at 1:24pm. Four (4) staff records were reviewed at 2:10pm.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department.
