The outdoor play area and blacktop area are fully enclosed/fenced. There is shade available and climbing structures/equipment are age appropriate and securely anchored with cushioning under and around the equipment. There are no observed hazardous conditions and no pools or other accessible bodies of water present.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services-IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children's, personnel, and administrative records. LPA reviewed the facility, personnel and children's records including children's health screenings, parents' rights forms, immunization records, children's admissions agreements, staff teaching qualifications and staff background clearances. All required posting are present.
Meg Pitts is a qualified director with eight hours of preventative health and safety completed. Facility director has current CPR/First AId certification which expires in 2020.
There are no deficiencies cited during this inspection. A notice of site visit was printed and is to be posted for a period of 30 days. A copy of this report was provided and is to remain available in the facility records for a period of 3 years.
