LPA reviewed the facility, personnel and children's records including children's health screenings, immunization records, parents' rights forms, and emergency ID forms and staff teaching qualifications and immunization records. All required postings are present including one waiver for the playground area. Both staff present have current CPR/First Aid certification.
Kathleen Vanoni is a qualified teacher and Program Coordinator, Ajayi Olanrewaju, is a qualified director with administration course work.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services-IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children's, personnel, and administrative records.
