Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Paul Petersen and Mayla Mendoza conducted an announced case management site inspection for this facility for a decrease of capacity. Applicant has submitted an application to reduce the classroom area and decrease capacity accordingly. LPAs met with the facility director, Lawanda Betts. and toured the areas of the school age program for a health and safety inspection. This program is the school age component of a combination center. Applicant has also submitted an application to add a room to the infant component of this facility. There is also a preschool age program at this facility. The school age program will operate in the school age classroom 4, Monday to Friday from 6:30am-6:30pm. The measurements are as follows:

INDOORS: 405.33 square feet = 30 children
OUTDOORS: 9400.24 square feet = 125 children

The outdoor playground is shared use between the preschool and school age children on a schedule to ensure that the different ages will not commingle. The outdoor play area is fenced in all around.
