On 04/18/2023 at 10:00AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Curry conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow up on a self reporter unusual incident. LPA met with the director, Jeannie Kloberdanz to discuss the purpose of today's visit. LPA conducted interviews, observed where the incident occurred, and obtained documentation. The facility did not violate any regulations and there is no concern for the health and safety of the children. No deficiencies are being cited today.

Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with the director Jeannie Kloberdanz.
