On Thursday, February 16, 2023 1:22 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Claudia Portillo, Center Director, for a case management inspection regarding Lead Testing Results. There are 18 preschool children and 3 staff members including director. A tour of the facility was conducted. The sink with the high Exceedance is located in the director's office. The sink isn't being used for drinking water or for food preparation.

There were no deficiencies cited during this inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Claudia Portillo, Center Director.
