ADVISORY:
DURING TODAY'S INSPECTION- IN THE BRIGHT BEGINNINGS CLASS ROOM, IT WAS FOUND THAT ONE PARENT FAILED TO SIGN THEIR CHILD IN ON THE LOG-IN SHEET. PLEASE ENSURE THAT PARENTS SIGN IN AND OUT DAILY. IN THE FUTURE, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CITATION FOR THE FACILITY.
As a result of this visit, there are no deficiencies cited. This report must be available for public review for 3 years. An exit interview was conducted and a site visit notice was posted.
