Infants use the outdoor area which is also used by preschool age children at this facility. The different age groups use the area on a schedule to ensure no commingling of the age groups. There is padding/cushioning and age appropriate play equipment in good repair.
LPA reviewed the facility, personnel and children's records including children's admissions agreements, infant needs and services plans, and immunization records, staff teaching qualifications including infant course work and staff background clearances. Multiple staff present has current CPR/First Aid certification. All required postings are present including waivers.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services-IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children's, personnel, and administrative records.
