On 09/12/2022 at 8:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an unannounced case management inspection at Happy Days Learning Center. LPA met Director, Kiyana Competente and explained the purpose of today's inspection.

At the time of inspection, 18 children were in care and 43 children are enrolled.

Facility was cited an Type B citation on July 18, 2022 for violation of parents rights. Facility appeal licensing decision. Regional Manager (RM) Diane Perez has overturned licensing decision and the new finding of the allegation is unsubstantiated. LPA Watts has amended the complaint as of 09/16/2022.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Kiyana Competente. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
