On 3/10/22 at 12:45 pm LPAs Monica Mathur and Christina Watts conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection at Gan Yiladim Preschool. LPAs met with Director, Chaya Berkowitz and explained the purpose of today's inspection. Present in the facility were 17 children, 2 staff and Director.

On 2/16/22 facility was cited under Title 22 regulation for Building and Grounds . During today's inspection, outdoor activity area was inspected. It was observed that fence has been fixed, nails are no longer exposed, exposed pipes on ground have been covered and no longer pose a tripping hazard, broken equipment has been removed and there is sufficient cushioning material under high climbing structure.

Citation has been cleared and a Letter of Clearance was given to Director. No deficiency was issued today. This report was reviewed with Director, Chaya Berkowitz. A Notice of Site Visit was given.
