On 09/01/2022 at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an unannounced case management inspection at Jesslynn Wimbish large family child care home. LPA met with licensee mother, Linda Lynch and explained the purpose of today's inspection.

At the time of inspection, no children were in care and 17 children are enrolled.

Facility was cited an Type B citations on August 12, 2022 for a broken carbon monoxide/smoke detector and hallway bathroom light not working properly.

Deficiencies has been cleared as of September 1, 2022.

Due to licensee being ill, licensee mother did sign the report.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Linda Lynch. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
