Licensee was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.

In the areas that were evaluated, no regulatory violations were observed today, however Technical Violations were issued which need to be corrected by 8/21/23. LPA discussed regulations and provided technical assistance, provided copies of Records To Be Kept In Family Home LIC311D, Notification of Parents Rights LIC995A, Safe Sleep Regulations PIN 20-24-CCP, Documents required for employees., copy of Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Child Abuse LIC9108, Mandated Reporter training. LPA informed an unannounced inspection will be conducted at a later date to inspect and review corrections made for technical violations issued today. Deficiency may be cited if technical violations are not corrected by 8/21/23.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Karen Roemer-Magganas. During the exit interview, Licensee, Karen confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS. A notice of site visit was given to Karen Roemer-Magganas and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. |
