LPA Lynch received disclosures from witnesses regarding broken plastic toys in the sandbox area and play yard. Upon closer observation of the outside play area during an unrelated visit to the facility, LPA found several plastic toys in disrepair. LPA informed Center Director and staff regarding the items, and is issuing a technical violation regarding the toys. See next page for regulatory information.
