Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Director Michelle Duffy via Tele-conference using the FaceTime application for a Case Management Licensee Initiated inspection. Today’s tele-inspection was for a capacity decrease from 120 preschoolers to 96 preschoolers. Upon arrival, LPA observed 32 children with 11 teachers. LPA received Fire Clearance on 6/24/20. LPA observed that the facility is in compliance.

Effective today 6/29/20, the facility is approved for 96 preschoolers ages two to six years old.

LPA sent a copy of the report and Notice of Site visit to be posted for 30 days via email. Director sent an email back confirming that she received the report acting as her virtual signature.
