On Friday, March 17th, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Director Robb Staples for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection. LPA observed a census of 71 preschool children being supervised by 9 staff.

LPA observed all classrooms in the facility were operating within ratio requirements. LPA will clear deficiency CCR 101216.3(a) that was cited on 03/10/2023.

LPA observed staff training was completed on 03/15/2023 covering ratio requirements and supervision requirements which was signed and dated by all employees. LPA will clear deficiency CCR 101229(a)(1) that was cited on 03/10/2023.

LPA observed LIC9224 was signed by parents and placed in children’s files.

Report was reviewed with Director and exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
