13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Director, Veronica Galvan, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced consecutive complaint investigation inspection to deliver findings for the above allegation. The purpose of today's inspection was explained.
Throughout the course of investigation, LPA made observations of teacher/infant interactions, classroom management, reviewed relevant documentation, and conducted interviews with staff and authorized representatives. LPA observed staff being responsive to infants and meeting their needs in a timely manner. LPA observed infants’ needs were being met by proof of documentation of activity logs. Staff and parent interviews did not reveal information that would collaborate with the allegation. LPA did not obtain any pertinent evidence through observation, record review, or interview during the investigation to prove that staff do not attend to infants in care in a timely manner. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted. Report reviewed with Director, Veronica Galvan. Appeal rights were provided. No citations were issued.
