On January 3rd, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with Licensee Dianne Small to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection.

Upon arriving, LPA observed a census of two toddlers and two infants supervised by two teachers. As the inspection continued, LPA observed two more toddlers and two more infants arrive, as well as two more staff members. During today’s inspection, LPA observed legal signatures from parents on form LIC 9224.

During a complaint investigation on December 10th, 2021, the facility was cited for having operated out of ratio. As of today, the facility is considered to be in compliance.

No deficiencies were observed during today’s inspection. This report was reviewed with the Director. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days, as well a cleared deficiency letter.
