On October 12, 2021 Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Susie Fanning, Licensing Program Analsyts (LPAs) Kari McWilliams and Juvenal Moctezuma conducted a meeting at the Fresno Regional office with the following Board Members from Little Friends Learning Center; Floyd Ogle, Ryan Penir and Joe Basile.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss personnel changes and pending construction. The facility is not currently operating.

Board members stated that they will have an administrative board meeting to make the decision to close the license and re-apply when the construction is completed. Mr. Ogle stated that he will communicate with either LPM Fanning or LPA McWilliams on conclusion of board meeting.

LPA Moctezuma presented the requirements for applying for a new license; LIC forms, physical plant requirements and administrative requirements.
