On 06/14/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Pacheco conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Director Desiree Cook. The purpose of today's inspection is to inspect the new sinks that were added to the facility for hand washing and verify that the facility has taken out the drinking spouts for drinking.

LPA observed two new sink stations for hand washing that were installed in both bathrooms. There is a 5 gallon water bottle from Sparkletts that is used underneath each sink to provide water for hand washing.
LPA also observed the sink in the pre-k room which no longer has a faucet or drinking spout. The facility has shut off the water to that sink. Director states that the facility is contracted with Sparkletts which provides 8 five-gallon water bottles every two weeks to the facility. The children bring a water bottle from home and are able to refill the bottle with the water provided by Sparkletts. The facility does not prepare meals for children. Meals are provided by the parents and brought each day from home.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited during today's vist. An exit interview was conducted with Director Desiree Cook.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
