13 | On 5/8/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Pacheco conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Aletria Snowden. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegations.
During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed Site Supervisor, day care staff, day care parents and day care children. Based on the information obtained during the investigation, there is a preponderance of the evidence to prove staff do not meet day care children’s diapering needs, staff speak inappropriately to children in care and staff handle day care children in a rough manner; therefore, the allegations are substantiated.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, the following deficiencies are being cited: (see next page, 9099 D). Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights.
