32 | Center Director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center.
Operating hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Except for Wednesdays, the hours of operation are 7:30am- 3:30pm.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Section 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. LPA and Center Director discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations.
Center Director provided LPA with updated copies of forms LIC 610 and LIC 500.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies were observed today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Center Director Christina Romero.
