Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon met with Health and Safety Support/TSA Kim Beckwith at the FUSD-Fremont facility. A call was made to facility to verify census of preschool children.

Previous visit was conducted on 11/21/2019. Licensee will continue with repairs of the water leak starting on 12/16/19 to 1/3/2020.

The preschool children will return to the temporary classroom #29 starting 12/16/2019 and return to their licensed classroom Pre-K room on 1/6/2020. LPA has received pictures of the temporary classroom setup for preschool children.

The Scandinavian middle school campus will not be in session from 12/16/2019 to 1/3/2020. Only the child development center will be operating.

Per Kim Beckwith, up to 22 children will utilize classroom #29. The preschool children will utilize the girls bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks and three toilets. Licensee is aware that preschool staff are required to escort the preschool child(ren) to the restroom. Staff are to verify that no one else is in the restroom and to provide the required care and supervision.

Licensee is aware that classroom #29 can only be utilized between December 16, 2019 and the preschool children are to resume in the Pre-K classroom on January 6, 2020.

Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with Health and safety/ TSA, Kim Beckwith A copy of this report need to be placed in facility file for public review. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board
