25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon met with Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) Kim Beckwith.
Due to water leak in Pre-K classroom, licensee is repairing the leak. This repair will be completed on November 29, 2019. Classroom #29 will be utilized as a temporary classroom for three days, starting on November 25, 2019. The licensed facility will be closed on November 28 and 29, 2019.
On December 2, 2019, the children will be back at the Pre-K classroom.
The Scandinavian middle school campus will not be in session on November 25, 2019. Only the child development center will be operating.
Per Kim Beckwith, up to 22 children will utilize classroom #29 for three days. The preschool children will utilize the girls bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks and three toilets. Licensee is aware that preschool staff are required to escort the preschool child(ren) to the restroom. Staff are to verify that no one else is in the restroom and to provide the required care and supervision.
Licensee is aware that classroom #29 can only be utilized for three days and the preschool children are to resume in the Pre-K classroom on December 2, 2019.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with TOSA, Kim Beckwith A copy of this report need to be placed in facility file for public review. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board.
